Step-By-Step Instructions for Liquid Rubber Application

Surface Preparation: Begin with a thorough cleaning of the surface to ensure optimum adhesion.

Debris Removal: Use a leaf blower to clear any excess debris for a clean working area.

Geo-Textile Preparation: Pre-cut Geo-Textile to the required size for bridging seams, wall-floor joins, and covering screw holes.

Initial Sealant Application: Apply the Liquid Rubber Sealant to the prepared areas. Carefully embed the pre-cut Geo-Textile, smoothing out air bubbles and ensuring no wrinkles are present.

Drain Pipe Sealing: Extend the waterproofing to cover any drain pipes, ensuring complete protection. Allow sufficient time for the sealant to cure.

First Coat: Apply a generous first coat of Liquid Rubber Sealant across the entire balcony surface using your preferred method.

Rapid Cure Option: For faster curing, especially in unpredictable weather, use Rapid Cure Spray (optional).

Second Coat Application: Apply the second coat in the opposite direction to ensure thorough coverage.
